Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Slow-fermented sourdough, filled with just the right balance of cinnamon and brown sugar. Soft and delicate on the inside, lightly caramelized on the edges, with a subtle tang to keep the sweetness in check. Par-baked, so you can finish them at home and let the smell of a fresh treat warm the house on Christmas morning. These sourdough cinnamon rolls are meant for sharing with the whole family.

Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.

  1. Remove lid from the provided baking tray.

  2. Place tray on the center rack of the oven.

  3. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and heated through.

  4. Remove from oven and allow rolls to cool for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Warm icing gently (if desired) until spreadable, then drizzle or spread over rolls.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

*For gooey icing, spread while rolls are warm. For a thicker icing layer, allow rolls to cool slightly before topping.
