Hi, I’m Shae — the founder and baker behind Whiskers Bakery, and a small Oregon City Sourdough Bakery rooted in community, creativity, and slow fermentation.
I started baking at home, and over time that passion grew into a cottage bakery focused on naturally leavened sourdough and thoughtfully made treats.
At the heart of my baking, I believe great bread should feel comforting and nourishing, which is why I make it with patience — never rushed or mass-produced.
Because I value quality and connection, I mix, ferment, and bake every loaf in small batches, right here for my Oregon City community.

Why Sourdough?

As a self taught sourdough baker, at Whiskers Bakery I am committed to traditional methods, simple ingredients, and baking with care. It’s slower, but the result is bread meant to be shared and savored.
Long fermented sourdough is a beautiful blend of science, patience, and creativity.

To keep everything fresh, Whiskers Bakery operates on a weekly preorder schedule.
• Customers place orders online
• Orders close Tuesday evenings at 11:59 PM
• Fresh bakes are prepared for Friday pickup or delivery.
